As mentioned in previous Viewpoints you must understand the significance of the "Fundamental Laws of Canada and the United Kingdom" in defending your rights and liberties in Canada today.

The most fundamental laws of society were described by Thomas Jefferson as the "Ancient Principles". These "Ancient Principles" are the "Unwritten People’s Constitutional Bill of Rights" or "LEX NON SCRIPTA PEOPLE’S CONSTITUTIONAL BILL OF RIGHTS".

These people’s sovereign rights have evolved in order to protect sovereign human beings from the tyranny and enslavement in Canada and the United Kingdom from the Monarch’s Royal Prerogative and those claiming to exercise authority from the Monarch’s sovereign rights over the sovereign rights of the people.

These "Ancient Principles" reflect the wisdom of those countless successive peoples through the ages who have experienced the trials and ordeals in their struggles against the enemies of light and truth.

Today in Canada, these "Ancient Principles" are based upon the codes of conduct of several faith-based cultures including the Ten Commandments and the evolution of the "Fundamental Laws of England". In England, for centuries, "Freemen" struggled against various "GANGS" of those eras in order to defend their inherent rights and freedoms as enumerated in the various versions of the "Magna Carta" of June 15th 1215, and as updated 1216, 1217, 1225, 1253, 1297, Petition of Right, 1628, Habeas Corpus Act, 1679, English Bill of Rights, 1689, the Act of Settlement, 1701.

As "Freemen" or "Human Beings" our struggle is an ancient one, and too often, it is a reoccurring battle against the enemies of light and truth. This war is an ongoing struggle in which THEY never give up trying to impose tyranny onto all "Freemen" or "Human Beings" in the society of the time.

Knowing there is an organized enemy, knowing their tactics and weapons and knowing that there is an ongoing war is the first and most important step towards victory for human beings against tyranny and bondage in each society, in each era.

THERE IS SO MUCH DISINFORMATION THAT IT IS REALLY DIFFICULT SOMETIMES FOR "TRUTH-SEEKERS" TO FIND THEIR WAY.

As caring, concerned and principled "Freemen" or "Human Beings", we must fight together in order to escape from "BONDAGE" with faith, understanding and courage. The ancient dream of all "Freemen" is the same - true liberty. Liberty is the delicate balance between the responsible exercise of the sovereign rights of "Freemen" or "Human Beings" and the force and authority [Power] of the state and the conduct [or misconduct] of the dominant gangs of the era claiming to act under either the sovereign rights of a Monarch / Dictator, or the sovereign rights of the people.

Liberty brings with it the freedom of choice, to choose your own individual destiny in regards to work, friends, education, spouse, etc. Liberty allows the Power, not only of the people collectively, to shape their own societies, but also stimulates the power within every human being to tap into the creativity and wonders within. Our CREATOR has designed a wonderful universe and there must be a "RULE OF LAW" society based upon the innate values and principles that are inherent in all the world’s great faiths which are these "Ancient Principles" or "LEX NON SCRIPTA PEOPLE’S CONSTITUTIONAL BILL OF RIGHTS".

In every society, regardless of what it is described as, either the sovereignty vests in the RULER and it is a top down ruled society, or the sovereignty vests in the PEOPLE and it is a bottom up ruled society.

The whole concept of Monarchial Democracy and the smoke screens of the political dialogues about left or right on the political spectrum is all part of the elaborate "ILLUSION OF DEMOCRACY" so often created in order to manage the citizens in bondage.

A Monarch is a dictator and whether it is a socialist, national socialist, communist, or otherwise, it is still a society where the ultimate power of the state rests in a top down sovereign Ruler. The entire society is a "PERMISSIVE", or a "CIVIL CODE" society, where human beings do not have acknowledged and protected sovereign rights as protected by "LEX NON SCRIPTA PEOPLE’S CONSTITUTIONAL BILL OF RIGHTS". In some cases, such as the Republic of The United States of America by an actual written people’s constitution the people’s sovereignty is formally protected as well.

Canada is a Monarchial colony where there is a "LEX NON SCRIPTA PEOPLE’S CONSTITUTIONAL BILL OF RIGHTS" with the exception of Quebec where the Rome style Civil Code also exists.

Canada is by virtue of the regular acts of the United Kingdom Parliament and its British history, an "ARTIFICIAL PERSON" created by statutes of Great Britain and does not have any inherent sovereign rights.

In order to defend your rights, you must understand who is wielding the Power of the state in Canada and the United Kingdom and for what purpose. The people of Canada are under a monstrous deception - the Power of the nation state we call Canada flows solely from the Queen of England and has not changed since the conquest of the colony by the British in the 18th century.

Canada today, is still a feudal colony ruled by the Queen of England via her advisors. Please click on the Government of Canada - Privy Council Office Publication called "The Origins of Individual Responsibility" which was printed off of the Canadian government website on February 17th 2006 and read it carefully.

It gives an excellent history of the changing ebb and flow of who is exercising the English Monarch’s Power in the United Kingdom and its colonies such as Canada. As indicated before, every caring and concerned human being in Canada must understand the following:

[1] Power in Canada is not from the people up, but is from the Monarch down.
[2] Canada is not a democracy - which is defined as "a form of government in which political power resides in all the people and is exercised by them directly".
[3] Canada does not have any people’s created and contracted constitution, acknowledging that the sole sovereignty is vested in the people of Canada similar to the USA model.
[4] Canada does not have a Commons based [people] representative Parliament - federally or provincially.
[5] Canada does not have an independent judicial system.
[6] Canada is not being governed under the Rule of Law with strict adherence to the "Ancient Principles" of common law, also called the "Fundamental Laws of England" in which the jury is the essential component.
[7] Canada is a modern feudal slave state in which you and I have the similar issues as the ordinary peasant had in England in 1215!

That being said, the challenge for us, now that we understand all of this, is what can we do about it individually and collectively?

First and foremost you must research for yourself these truths that I have identified, and then your second "Baby Step" to freedom, is to spread this light and truth to others.

As "Freemen" or "Human Beings" in Canada, we must begin the grassroots driven process of working together, with mutual respect, patience and tolerance, in order to gradually and non-violently reshape our Canadian institutions with the goal of transferring the controlling Power from the English Foreign Monarch to the sovereign people of Canada.

The enemies of light and truth have seized control under the guise of the Monarch’s [CROWN’s] Power of State in Canada and now control all power centers which are functionally significant in the daily control and operation of the Queen’s possessions in the colony of Canada. These are as follows:

[1] The Queen’s legal delegate / Regent - The Governor-in-Council.
[2] One of the Queen’s Advisory groups in Canada - the Privy Council.
[3] The Queen’s Court - The Supreme Court of Canada and the other Courts.
[4] The Queen’s Treasury - the Treasury Board.
[5] The Queen’s Public Service - the Public Service Commission.
[6] The Queen’s Parliaments - federal and other.
[7] The Queen’s Advisors in the Senate.
[8] The Queen’s Military - The Canadian Armed Forces
[9] The Queen’s Police - RCMP and others.
[10] The Queen’s Minister’s and their ministries.
[11] The Queen’s Provincial and territorial delegates.

To free ourselves from the foreign sovereign Queen of England and the enemies of light and truth in Canada, we must address all, or most, of the following components in order to truly begin moving the controlling Power to the sovereign people of Canada:

[1] We must change our form of government to a republic form of government following the similar steps that our good neighbours in the United States of America did when they declared themselves a Constitutional Republic in 1776.

[2] We must ensure, by using modern technology, that our people are able via direct vote, in fair and objective elections [something we have never had in Canada] and on fixed election dates, to elect their local sheriff, their local District Attorneys, their local judges, their local electoral district representative [municipal, country, provincial and national], their senate representative and their head of state.

[3] All police and military must answer to a civilian oversight commission and must have published easy-to-access administrative review processes for their local decisions and a truly independent internal affairs investigative system.

[4] All senior management appointments must be publicly handled by the appropriate joint committees.

[5] Ethics and audit functions must exist independently of political or economic control and be legislatively created.

[6] Media must be responsible and fair on all sides of every issue, and there cannot be any public ownership of the media because of the potential abuse as propaganda for the state. Also during all elections there must be equal coverage for all parties including all party leaders in any "Leader's Debate".

[7] Electoral process must have specific legislative controls on how every political party conducts its affairs and the position of federal Prime Minister must be separated from the functional head of State which the people directly vote for. Political parties and their "ARTIFICAL PERSONS" friends must not be allowed to control the people’s power of the state.

[8] All "Commissions" critical to the objective and efficient operation of their respective "Power Center" must either be publicly voted in, or carefully chosen by an open merit based process with minimal political party patronage.

[9] Monopolies and related gangs must be controlled and any person running for a public office or being appointed to a public office must, under threat of criminal charges, file a certificate of membership and or attendance with any gang leadership.

[10] Judges must be elected at the lower levels with 5 year preset terms. The Supreme Court should have a non-partisan provincial nomination process, and a non-partisan Parliamentary and Senate confirmation committee.

[11] The Privy Council needs to be created with one representative from each political party drawn from the Provincial and federal Parliaments.

[12] The Governor-in-General functions as the Head of State and must become real and be re-named as the President of the Republic of Canada and be directly elected by the people.

[13] We must create a people based written constitution that confirms the unwritten "Ancient Principles" and the "Fundamental Rules of Law" as evolved to protect the inherent rights, liberties and freedoms of "Freemen" or "Human Beings".

[14] The Senate must be elected with 3 senators per Province or Territory with preset 5 year terms.

Ironically, it does not take much to begin the movement of the sovereign power to the people of Canada.

REMEMBER - when the Rulers fear the people there is true democracy, when the people fear the Rulers there is tyranny.

If you are a "TRUTH-SEEKER" there is only one question for you right now - in your Canada do you want sovereignty to continue vesting in the English Monarch, or do you want change by beginning a gradual process to vest the sovereign powers of our nation in the people of Canada.

THERE ARE NO OTHER OPTIONS - IT HAS TO BE ONE OR THE OTHER!
