It takes many hours a week to create this free informational weekly column, and it is really appreciated when there is feedback instantly from some of our subscribers.

This is a free educational and informational weekly column that is provided to stimulate the "TRUTH-SEEKERS" to think inside and outside the box of the carefully created "ILLUSIONS OF DEMOCRACY" that exist in Canada and elsewhere today in our modern feudal age.

It is important today, that those of us who share common values and principles of wanting a true Rule of Law democracy, the word "Democracy" is derived from the Greek words "demos" (people) and "kratos" (rule). True democracy is a nation state in which the "sovereignty", which is "the ultimate authority", truly vests in "the people". In Canada today, we need to start working together peacefully and with mutual respect to effect the substantial changes that we need to make happen. It will take millions of us, mostly sharing a 60% plus "grassroots" consensus, on what the core problems are and what the realistic simple solutions are to seize the power away from the federal Liberal "OLIGARCHY" that currently has enslaved us, our children and their children.

Every one of you who has traditional faith-based values and principles, and who cares about your family, friends and local community needs to start taking personal responsibility everyday via "Baby Steps" in each of your lives to try and correct the legacy that we are currently in the process of leaving our children and their children on our generation's "WATCH".

It can be as simple as just taking time to read this weekly column with an open mind. It can be as simple as going to your computer and researching some of the issues that have been detailed in my weekly columns. It can be as simple as calling your local elected officials - municipal, country, provincial and federal and setting up an appointment to meet with them once or twice a year to communicate the type of Canada you want to live in.

Remember, tyranny is an observer's game and democracy is not! If you do not participate you will not have true democracy and the evil doers will win by default.

We have allowed, during our generation's "WATCH", the "evil counselors, judges and ministers" and their henchmen, and the "SHADOW RULERS" that control them, to enslave all of us in Canada in a modern feudal age. If you do not immediately start taking steps to reclaim yourselves and assert your rights, your children and their children, will have an increasingly more difficult challenge in the future to free themselves from this slavery.

DO YOU REALLY WANT THIS GRUESOME LEGACY TO BE PERMANENTLY LOCKED INTO PLACE, OR AS WINSTON CHURCHILL STATED, WILL YOU FIGHT NOW, BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE TO STOP THE DESTRUCTION OF YOUR INALIENABLE, INHERENT RIGHTS, FREEDOMS AND LIBERTIES AS "FREEMAN / HUMAN BEINGS"?

Let us clarify a few critical "BLACK LETTER LAW" realities about what Canada legally is. Canada today is no different then Canada was when it was created as an "ARTIFICIAL PERSON" an ordinary Act of the Imperial Parliament called the British North American Act in 1867; it is a colony of the British Monarchy with ALL state powers vested in the British Monarch!

Canada is not a democracy in which the sovereign authority actively vests in the people.

There is no people contracted constitution in Canada today, and never has been.

In Canada, there is no government by the people, for the people, and never has been, and there never will be as long as we fail to follow the same procedural pathway that our great friends in the U.S.A. did when they declared themselves a Constitutional Republic in 1776.

The "ROYAL PREROGATIVE" has always been reserved and held by the Monarch - e.g. King or Queen. YOU CANNOT HAVE A MONARCHIAL FORM OF GOVERNMENT THAT WORKS LEGALLY ANY OTHER WAY, SOVERIGNITY IS EITHER IN THE MONARCH OR IN THE PEOPLE!

It horrified me, to listen to that great educator - the CBC TV, on Monday February 6^th 2006 during the swearing in of our new government, to all of our great friends in the Conservative Party of Canada swearing allegiance to the foreign Queen as the "Queen of Canada" and thus actively acknowledging Her Sovereignty over the colony of Canada, all of its people and resources.

As I indicated in last week's column, Canada is an "ARTIFICIAL PERSON" with very limited statute created powers by an ordinary Acts of the British Parliament which are the Act of Settlement, 1701, The Royal Proclamation, 1763, The Quebec Act, 1774, The Constitutional Act, 1791, British North American Act, 1867 and updates in 1871, and 1886.

The British North American Act was not a constitutional document - see the Canadian Department of Justice website printout and the 1945 Federal Parliamentorial Hansard transcript.

The BNA clearly kept Canada as a subservient colony of the British Monarchy which it still is today. All the Act did was to create a new united colony called Canada. All sovereign authority remained vested in the British Monarchy. The British Monarchy delegates its sovereign authority via its Governor-in-General and it's Privy Council and via these two power control points almost every critical appointment, law and regulation in Canada is authorized from the top down.

The federal government does not have any inherent rights and is fully accountable to our rights as "FREEMAN / HUMAN BEINGS" as our "LIVING TREE OF CONSTITUTION" has evolved over 790 years under the "Fundamental Laws of England".

Please read an excerpt from Hansard of the Canadian Parliament of a speech delivered by the Hon. Walter F. Kuhl, M.P. for Jasper-Edson on November 6, 1945. From 1867 up to the 1914 War Measures Act functional sovereignty was balanced between The British Monarchy and its Governor-in-General, Privy Council, Parliament and Colonial administration, and the Provinces and the new administrative federal Canadian government and its Privy Council, Parliament and Senate.

The modern day enslavement of Canadians was exasperated by the total high jacking by one political party via the federal Cabinet starting with the War Measures Act, 1914. World War I was used, by the then federal Cabinet, as an excuse to "TEMPORARILY" seize the right to exercise, without any pre-accountability to the "Divine Right of the British Monarchy" by "ROYAL PREROGATIVE" and without pre-approval oversight by the Queen, Governor-in-General or Privy Council. This was done behind closed doors with 20 to 40 Party faithfuls, a number of which were not even elected officials. Please see the Treaty of Versailles, 1919 and the Statute of Westminster, 1931

This temporary high-jacking of power in Canada was never relinquished by the political party controlling the Cabinet, and only got worse after World War II, which again was used as an excuse to create an Imperial Socialist Oligarchy in Canada. During the last 12 years of federal Liberal Rule all federal power was concentrated illegally in the Prime Minister's office and the inner federal Cabinet and THEIR "SHADOW RULERS" masters.

The issues of whether Canada is ruled as an Imperial top down colony or a grassroots people up democracy has never, to this day, been dealt with. This issue can only be dealt with by the Canadian people seizing power and forcing a republic form of government to occur in Canada following the similar legal steps that were done by the American colonies in 1776 via a grassroots' created written constitution and "Peaceful Revolution".

The US model has its flaws, but it has been one of the most successful efforts at true democracy and has lasted over 230 years. That is why the communists and socialists have been so determined for so long to create the UN and all of the international "EVIL ALPHABET" gangs such as the WHO, FAO, IMF, WTO, etc.

THE COMMUNIST AND THE SOCIALISTS ARE DETERMINED TO DESTROY THE US PEOPLE BASED REPUBLIC AND TO ENSURE THAT OTHER NATIONS DO NOT FOLLOW ITS EXAMPLE!

Canada is today still a Monarchy with sovereignty vested in the Monarch not the people. Canada is one of the wealthiest countries in the world and it is too important to the "SHADOW RULERS" to allow a people based democracy where the resources are shared primarily with all Canadians.

There is no need in Canada for any citizen to starve or suffer poverty.

In Canada today, we have the complete polarization of the exercise of of the Monarch's "ROYAL PREROGATIVE" ancient fuedal ruling power falling into the hands of a few dozen "SHADOW RULERS" via the Prime Minister's office [PMO] and the federal Cabinet which is controlled by the ruling party.

Reality, in Canada today, is that under the last 12 years of Liberal rule, 20 or 30 persons following the schemes of the "SHADOW RULERS", in conjunction with a dozen or so elected officials which included both of the last Liberal Prime Ministers, have ruled Canada with complete disregard to the Rule of Law and the needs of the people of Canada.

This form of government is called "OLIGARCHY". This "OLIGARCHY" almost completely controls who is appointed as the Governor-in-General, who is appointed on the Privy Council, who is appointed to the Supreme Court, who is appointed to the Senate, who is appointed to all senior management positions in the federal government, who runs for Parliament, what bills are introduced into Parliament, what regulations are implemented and all without Parliamentary scrutiny or any accountability to the sovereign people of Canada.

Under this Liberal "OLIGARCHY" the federal Department of Justice, needs to be renamed as the "Liberal Department of Injustice" as it has been instrumental in denying all Canadians access and protection under the Rule of Law, and is leading the efforts to destroy all traditional faith-based values and principles.

By learning the truth about the "BLACK LETTER LAW" which is called the "Fundamental Laws of England" starting with the "Magna Carta" of June 15th 1215, and as updated 1216, 1217, 1225, 1253, 1297, Petition of Right, 1628, Habeas Corpus Act, 1679, English Bill of Rights, 1689, the Act of Settlement, 1701, The Constitutional Act, 1791 & The Union Act, 1840 we can free ourselves.

Our inalienable rights, freedoms and liberties that evolved over the past 790 years CANNOT be overridden by all of the manipulations of the "SHADOW RULERS" and their gangs unless we voluntarily, of our own free will, allow it to happen.

We, as "FREEMAN / HUMAN BEINGS" can, by working together force this "OLIGARCHY" to become accountable to you and I as the "SOVEREIGN" people of Canada, by creating a new Republic of Canada with a true constitution created by the people of Canada.
