In the Australian 1688 Bill of Rights the very timely quote was ... evil counselors, judges and ministers endeavoured to subvert and extirpate the laws and liberties of the kingdom...

It is very important that all "Freeman", or "Human Beings" as we know ourselves today, understand their sovereign rights and how to reclaim their immutable inherent rights under the "RULE OF LAW" today in the "KINGDOM" we call Canada.

The highly guarded secret to reclaiming power as "Human Beings" in Canada today is to understand the legal concepts of "Freeman / Human Beings" and "Artificial Persons / Individuals". As mentioned in my previous Viewpoints, our CREATOR [regardless of which faith you follow] has created "Human Beings" and no "Human Beings" should claim to be equal or greater than their CREATOR.

"Human Beings" created "Artificial Persons / Individuals", which includes governments, foundations, corporations etc. and no "Artificial Persons / Individuals" can or should claim to be equal or greater than its creator.

The term "Person" is derived from the Latin "persona", meaning the fictional role played by an actor. Any "Freeman" who uses or allows the term person to be used, as applied to him or her, is at great peril to lose one’s status as a "Freeman/Human Being".

Their "Illusion of Democracy" is like one skin layer of an onion. There are hundreds of layers of illusion that have been created over the centuries to trick "Freeman", or "Human Beings" into of their own freewill, voluntarily "CONSENTING" to enslavement and bondage.

The "evil counselors, judges and ministers" and their henchmen, and the "SHADOW RULERS" that control them, have been driving the schemes for centuries. Evil counselors, refers to what we call lawyers today in Canada. It makes prefect sense when you look at current financial and political scandals - lawyers are almost always intimately involved.

I want to make it very clear, that nothing that I state in this VIEWPOINT or at any other time is meant to be a personal attack on any "Freeman", or "Human Beings". I have close friends and colleagues that are lawyers and other professionals and officials [at least I used to have before I started this weekly column].

When I first started going to Ottawa [almost 11 years ago] and other power centers to champion the rights and interests of "Freeman", or "Human Beings", and their small and medium family enterprises, I admit that I had the belief that most of the "Persons / Individuals" in significant positions of power were evil wrong doers.

Anyone that knows me well is aware of the aggressive and determined passion that I bring to my rights advocacy efforts. It was not long into my visits that I discovered that the "Persons / Individuals" in significant positions of power had to mostly act their actor roles in the media and open arenas like Parliament, Courts, Committees and Senate. I also found by meeting with and getting to know these "Persons / Individuals" officials on a one-to-one basis, we could usually find common ground as "Freeman", or "Human Beings" and share our concerns over our generation’s legacy to our children and their children [not a nice one].

I believe now that less than 2% of the population is truly evil, but this 2% acts outside the norms that their influence on societies is enormous and their henchman, who represent some 10% of the population, effectively carries out their evil plans with passion and enthusiasm. There is another 10% or so that get caught up in the evil plans, often unknowingly, and they are our hope for the future because we need them as our "WHISTLE BLOWERS" to protect us.

All power is about money, egos, control and politics. Anyone that states that they do not want to be involved in politics, is in essence giving the evil-doers carte blanche to do with all of us whatever they want.

Anyone who refuses to become informed about the harsh realities and / or to participate in the political processes of their society is like the ostrich burying its head in the sand and leaving its ass and majority of its body exposed to whatever happens.

If you want to be part of the solution in reclaiming ownership of yourself and your loved ones you must become informed and learn how to reclaim the power from the "SHADOW RULERS" and their gangs. We must work together to move the power control center from the patriarchal top-down system that currently exists in Canada to the people and a bottom up system. Similar to the US model.

REMEMBER THE ONLY GOOD DEFINITION OF DEMOCRACY IS RULE BY THE PEOPLE FOR THE PEOPLE!

The founding fathers [and mothers] of the Republic of the USA had it right some 230 years ago - that as "Freeman", or "Human Beings" we cannot be the sovereign legal entity where a King or Queen exists as the sovereign, regardless of the trappings of democracy!

You hear a lot about democracy these days, but THEIR DEMOCRACY IS AN ILLUSION AND IS NOT ABOUT THE SOVEREIGNITY RESTING WITH THE PEOPLE.

In order to have a true democracy, you must have a republic form of government similar to the constitution contract that created the USA, and be governed by the strictest RULE OF LAW with the sovereignty clearly being vested in the people. The people must independently choose all 7 power centers by direct vote. There also needs to be mandatory referendum systems and recall of any elected official by the people. The same rules must apply to all political parties as well.

In a colony like Canada, where the sovereignty remains in a King or Queen, with some of the structural appearance of a democracy, there is no true democracy in which the ancient immutable and inherent rights and liberties of "Freeman", or "Human Beings" are preserved and protected as the paramount goal of all power centers.

Remember, Canada is an "Artificial Person" created by the Queen of England by a regular act of the British Parliament [itself an "Artificial Person"] originally and correctly called the British North American Act, 1867 and updates in 1871, and 1886.

The British North American Act was not a constitutional document - see the Canadian Department of Justice website printout. The attempt in 1982 to illegally create an illusion of a constitutional document by renaming the British North American Act is all part of THEIR GRANDE SCHEME TO MAINTAIN THE ILLUSSION OF DEMOCRACY in Canada.

REMEMBER, WHEN THE GOVERNMENT FEAR THE PEOPLE, YOU HAVE DEMOCRACY, WHEN THE PEOPLE FEAR THE GOVERNMENTS YOU HAVE TYRANNY.

There are different degrees of tyranny, but there is only one true democracy - that is one where the power truly is vested in the people and there exists in a single contracted constitutional document in a republic format government.

"Artificial Persons" such as Canada, are under the strict Rule of Law legal entities created by statute, and thus are extremely limited in their powers, duties and obligations. "Artificial Persons / Individuals" whether governments or other legal entities DO NOT HAVE INHERENT RIGHTS. THE "Artificial Person" we know as Canada does not have any powers equal or greater then its CREATOR - the "Artificial Person" we know as the United Kingdom and its Parliament.

The United Kingdom of Great Britain has a totally different legal structure than Canada. Great Britain evolved over thousands of years or more and the RULE OF LAW in Great Britain is extremely complex and is referred to as the "Fundamental Laws of England". It is not a federated nation with a strict Rule of Law division of powers like Canada that has been created by statute.

AS "Freeman", or "Human Beings" in Canada today our rights and liberties are as determined by the specific evolution of the "Fundamental Laws of England" starting with the "Magna Carta" of June 15th 1215, and as updated 1216, 1217, 1225, 1253, 1297, Petition of Right, 1628, Habeas Corpus Act, 1679, English Bill of Rights, 1689, and the Act of Settlement, 1701. To a large degree the same is true in the USA.

Two more interesting statutes predating the British North American Act, 1867 are: The Constitutional Act, 1791 & The Union Act, 1840

LOCKE in his CIVIL GOVERNMENT in 1690 stated:
"...that being all equal and independent, no one ought to harm another in his life, health, liberty or possessions...

THIS CONCEPT OF THE RULE OF LAW / FUNDAMENTAL LAWS OF ENGLAND / NATURAL JUSTICE DOES NOT NEED ANY STATE OR NATION TO GRANT THESE IMMUTUAL AND INHERENT RIGHTS TO YOU AND I AS "FREEMAN / HUMAN BEINGS" IN CANADA OR THE USA!

These ancient rights and liberties of "Freeman / Human Beings" predates even the Magna Carta. The 1776 United States Declaration of Independence stated: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain inalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
