In 2004 UN Secretary General Kofi Anna had an ominous warning as he opened the UN’s 59^th General Assembly "Today the "RULE OF LAW" is at risk around the world".

"RULE OF LAW" is the most fundamental law of society and was described by Thomas Jefferson as the "Ancient Principles". "RULE OF LAW" evolves in most cultures as human beings attempt to create a stable and prosperous, structured society.

"RULE OF LAW" in Canada is based upon the codes of conduct of several faith-based cultures including the Ten Commandments and the evolution of the "Fundamental Laws of England". In England, for centuries "FREEMEN" struggled against various "GANGS" of those eras in their ongoing struggle to defend their immutable, inherent rights and freedoms as enumerated in the various versions of the "Magna Carta" of June 15th 1215, and as updated in 1216, 1217, 1225, and 1264. As human beings they began to escape from "BONDAGE" with faith, understanding and courage. The ancient dream of all "FREEMEN" began to be realized - true liberty. Liberty is the delicate balance between the responsible exercise of freewill of "FREEMEN" and the force and authority of the state and the conduct [or misconduct] of the dominant gangs of the era.

Liberty brings with it the freedom of choice, to choose your own individual destiny in regards to work, friends, education, spouse, etc. Liberty allows the power, not only of the people collectively, to shape their own societies, but also stimulates the power within every human being to tap into the creativity and wonders within. Our CREATOR has designed a wonderful universe and there must be a "RULE OF LAW" society that ensures responsible Liberty so that every human being is able to have the opportunity to explore and grow.

Our CREATOR has created "Human Beings" and no "Human Being" should claim to be equal or greater than their CREATOR.

"Human Beings" created "Artificial Persons", which includes governments, foundations, corporations etc. and no "Artificial Person" can, or should, claim to be equal or greater than its creator.

THIS IS WERE THE PROBLEM EXISTS IN CANADA AND GLOBALLY TODAY - the "GANGS" have seized power from human beings and are using the "Artificial Persons" to deny human beings their Liberty in breech of the "RULE OF LAW".

"Artificial Persons" were created by "Human Beings" to serve the greater good of mankind, instead, for over 200 years the "GANGS" have successfully schemed to create a "New World ORDER". The enslavement of mankind has occured gradually under the guise of "Globalization" for economic prosperity and protection of "Human Beings" from the so-called "Terrorist Gangs". Our immutable, inherent rights and freedoms have been destroyed and the Rule of Law forgotten, thus our Liberty destroyed.

We [all human beings] have now been delivered into bondage in our modern feudal age without even realizing it. Tyranny to flourish must achieve certain critical thresholds in a society. The gangs, particularly those that have existed for centuries are very well organized, clever, and ruthless. The ultra wealthy elite that controls these "GANGS" know how to use human nature against the greater good of mankind.

To free ourselves we must address all or most of the following components to move the controlling power to the people:

[1] Republic form of government where the power is in the people, in fair and objective elections, on fixed election dates, to elect their local sheriff, their local District Attorneys, their local judges, their local electoral district representative, their senate representative and their head of state.
[2] All police and military must answer to a civilian oversight body and must have published easy to access administrative review processes for their local decisions and a truly independent internal affairs investigative system.
[3] All senior management appointments must be publicly handled by the appropriate joint committees drawn from elected officials.
[4] Ethics and audit functions must exist independently of political or economic control and to be legislatively established.
[5] Media must be responsible and fair on all sides of every issue, and no publicly owned media should exist. Also during all elections there must be equal coverage for the leaders of all parties.

I personally ran in the last Ontario Provincial election for the Freedom Party of Ontario and as a candidate was very upset that the monopoly of the major media have joined forces with the monopoly of the three main parties and would not allow the Green Party and/or the Freedom Party Leaders to participate in the television debates. This destroys the credibility of the electoral process.

Being a human being rights activist, who believes one of the best way to fight tyranny is to insist upon the strictest enforcement of all of THEIR laws, I sued and sought an injection to stop the election. Of course I lost, but I felt I had made an important point.

Now in the recent federal election a terrible injustice occurred when the Green Party was not included in the televised election debates. As I said before - THERE IS NO LIBERTY IN CANADA, THERE IS NO PEOPLE CONTRACTED CONSTITUTION, THERE IS ONLY GANGS WHO HAVE SEIZED POWER AND ENSLAVED ALL OF US IN A MODERN FEUDAL AGE UNDER THE ILLUSION OF DEMOCRACY!

[6] The electoral process must have specific legislative controls on how every political party conducts its affairs.

[7] Monopolies and related gangs must be controlled and any person running for a public office or being appointed to a public office must, under threat of criminal charges, file a certificate of membership and or attendance with any gang affiliations.

This includes: the monopolies of the wealthy, the political party monopolies, the allopathic medical doctor monopolies, the sugar monopolies, the chemical monopolies, the banking monopolies, the arms monopolies, drugs - legal and illegal monopolies and the lawyer’s and judge's monopolies.

[8] All "Artificial Persons" must be subservient to human beings and have to be strictly limited in their "Eternal Powers". POWER CANNOT BE CENTERED IN ARTIFICAL PERSONS WHO ARE IMMORTAL AND IMMORAL.

Artificial Persons now control our world, the polarization of ownership and wealth is unheard of in man’s existence - some 2000 ultra wealthy, mega powerful human beings and their families, friends and organizations now control over 50% of global wealth. The top 50 "VAMPCORPS" as I have nicknamed them, or "Vampire Corporations" have internal economies greater than 75% of the nations of the world.

[9] The base of power must be with the people, and there is no more important safeguard to ensure this then trial by jury.

The "Gangs" are making every effort to have appointed judges and not to have juries. Look at Iraq’s new constitution - look at Canadian federal law for suing the federal government, look at the recent USA attempts on vaccines which indemnify one of the most powerful gangs of vampcorps in the world - the Pharmacartel, and just look at the efforts in Australia to eliminate juries.

It is important for human beings, not only in Canada, but globally for all of us that believe in a "RULE OF LAW" governed society, and the inherent, immutable sovereign rights of human beings to work together with mutual respect, patience, tolerance, to reshape our Canadian institutions, to transfer the controlling power for all seven centers of power as described in my last weeks Viewpoint to the people of Canada.

These seven power centres are: [1] The Executive branch, [2] the Judicial branch, [3] the Congress / Parliament, [4] the Senate, [5] the Military and Police, [6] the Regional and Local Governments, and [7] All of the staff and leaders involved in items [1] to [6].

WE HAVE TO WORK TOGETHER WITH MUTUAL RESPECT AND COURTESY AS A TEAM TO CREATE A TRULY PEOPLE FOCUSED RULE OF LAW, CONSTITUTIONALLY BASED CANADA, WHERE NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW AND EVERYONE HAS THE ESSENTIAL NEEDS OF HUMAN BEINGS TO LIVE AND ACHIEVE OUR INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE DREAMS AND GOALS!

Respect, trust and confidence must be restored in our seven key centers of power in order to address the increasing alienation, anger and frustration that millions of good and caring citizens of Canada are feeling.
